Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Immediate Cancellation

Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation. You won't be charged for future billing cycles.

Your account data and job applications will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate your account if needed.

Primary Requirement

No company outreach: You must not have received any contact from companies regarding your job applications within 30 days of purchase.

Additional Eligibility Conditions:

  • Request made within 30 days of purchase
  • Technical service issues that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges

Important Note

Company outreach includes any form of contact: emails, phone calls, interview invitations, application acknowledgments, or any other communication from employers regarding your applications submitted through our platform.

Contact our support team with your refund request and reason

Step 2: Review

We'll review your request within 24 hours

Step 3: Approval

Once approved, refund is processed immediately

Step 4: Completion

Refund appears in your account within 3-5 business days

  • Refunds are NOT available if any company has contacted you about your applications
  • • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • • Annual subscriptions are prorated based on usage
  • • Third-party fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • • Refund processing time may vary by payment provider
  • • All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of no company contact
  • • We may request evidence that no outreach occurred (email screenshots, etc.)
